I had the pleasant experience of having my hard drive break on me after my initial render was completed! The following is a remake of my original file, with slight adjustments, mainly the addition of the mane :)

I remade the render with the new file to test out the dimension of the cut.

Right before cutting out my design, I was able to ask Peter (the person) to fix my hatching so that the eyes and mouth wouldn't be too thin.

Reflecting on my process, next time I use Rhino for fabrication I'll make sure that all the lines align and double check for mistakes during my process, rather than afterwards. I also learned a good lesson to save multiple copies of files on different devices, and to use more portable modes for file transfers. 

The coaster itself I'm satisfied with! I would make it a bit bigger if given the chance, but it does fit the sizes of the cups that I usually use.
